Woontanara Aid Educational Program for poor and orphaned children

Woontanara Aid"Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime."
- Lao Tzu

Poor and orphaned children rarely receive an education because their families or foster families do not have the financial means to enroll them in school. Impoverished families, if they have a chance to send even one child to school, will always choose to send a boy. Girls in these families almost never get the chance to go to school.

Woontanara Aid♥ Woontanara Aid has been providing assistance to poor and orphaned children since 2006.
♥ We provide quality education for these children by paying for their tuition, uniforms, school supplies and transportation.
♥ We keep in close contact with their teachers and families; always discussing ways to better assist our students in their studies.

Our priority is to provide educational opportunities for poor or orphaned girls, however, we do not turn away a boy who has the desire to learn.
